KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- James Loney delivered the clutch hit for Tampa Bay after Chris Archer kept Kansas City from getting one. Venturas initial scheduled start in Detroit was rained out, so he was making his first appearance since March 29 in spring training. "Its a lot of time between pitching," Ventura said. "Its my job.
